Each project is unique. Thus the process of how we approach each project is unique. We will sit down with the client and let them communicate to us what they are hoping to accomplish. We will try to identify any potential problems before they arise (i.e. zoning issues, code issues, value engineering ideas, etc.). We learn about our client’s company and their industry. This approach allows us to provide a facility that is tailored specifically to their operational flow.
