As a construction manager, we oversee all of the phases of the construction project for the owner. These duties may include oversight of conceptual planning, budget pricing, and design and construction phases. The Construction Manager, as the owner's representative, manages and advises throughout the construction process. Construction Management is that group of management activities over and above normal architectural and engineering services that contributes to controlling time and cost and ensuring quality in construction. Additional services inlcude controlling construction budgets, project scheduling developing bid packages, and managing the bid process.
